Ameya Pawar, was initially introduced during Ald. Ameya's aldermanic candidacy, marking the inception of the first service request app originating from Chicago. Post-election, 2pensmedia and Ald. Ameya collaborated with the Mayor's office and other aldermen to enhance the app’s functionality by integrating it with the Open311 framework.
