Chicago Works 311 3.2

Chicago Works app enables users to submit service requests to 311 and monitor their progress as they get resolved. This mobile application, created by 2pensmedia and Ald. Ameya Pawar, was initially introduced during Ald. Ameya's aldermanic candidacy, marking the inception of the first service request app originating from Chicago. Post-election, 2pensmedia and Ald. Ameya collaborated with the Mayor's office and other aldermen to enhance the app’s functionality by integrating it with the Open311 framework.
